Not syncing with Google Workspace

As said via App Store, i’m facing sync issues, getting error:
com.google.GIDSignIn error -4

It looses the auth session every time.

Hi @aquele_dinho and thanks for the feedback.

What version of macOS are you using? What browser are you using? The log-in screen for Google has been tested with Safari and Chrome.

There are a couple of things I would try also JIC:

  • Reset the Google Authentication

  • A simple sign out (bottom right of the screen). This will clear any authentication with Google

  • The nuclear option in case the data got corrupted:

    • Deselect any list selected
    • Delete the list in Apple Reminders
    • Sign Out (bottom right of your screenshot)
    • Uninstall ReminderBridge and make sure this folder(~/Library/Containers/aeriform.ReminderBridge) and its contents are gone you may have to empty the trash
    • Reinstall from the App Store and you now have a “clean install”
